Craig Beech brings a wealth of experience from a successful career in National Supply Contracts and Technology Markets, where he worked closely with mid to top-tier corporate and government clients. Since joining Selling Perth Real Estate in December 2023, Craig has channelled that same strategic mindset and dedication into helping clients achieve outstanding property outcomes.

Estate agents are always interested in being approached when you want to buy a house, but we found that we were added to mailing lists, with no consideration of what we were looking for. We still had to trawl through masses of houses on the internet. We found Craig to be someone who was not only fighting our corner, but also actively sought to understand our specific requirements, as well as our budgetary constraints. Craig was able to filter out irrelevant properties and present ones that broadly met our requirements, but of course rarely is a property a perfect fit.
Craig also did the detailed work of speaking with agents for negotiations, and kept us fully engaged. This culminated in the successful offer submission for the house we have purchased.
