A Seamless Move to Perth Thanks to Craig Beech
Without doubt engaging a buyers agent, and specifically Craig Beech, was the best decision we made in executing our plan to move to Perth. Before meeting Craig, we found the process of reviewing properties on line and engaging with agents to be ineffective. Houses we were interested in were under offer faster than we could speak to an agent.
The great advantages of a buyer’s agent include:
• Market knowledge.
• Access to information.
• Realistic understanding of prices.
• Contact with selling agents.
• A personal advocate in the search for properties.
Estate agents are always interested in being approached when you want to buy a house, but we found that we were added to mailing lists, with no consideration of what we were looking for. We still had to trawl through masses of houses on the internet. We found Craig to be someone who was not only fighting our corner, but also actively sought to understand our specific requirements, as well as our budgetary constraints. Craig was able to filter out irrelevant properties and present ones that broadly met our requirements, but of course rarely is a property a perfect fit.
Craig also did the detailed work of speaking with agents for negotiations, and kept us fully engaged. This culminated in the successful offer submission for the house we have purchased.
Craig was readily available to talk to. His natural enthusiasm and responsiveness went above and beyond expectations. He continues to support our move and provide timely advice.
Thoroughly professional and courteous in his dealings, we have found Craig Beech to be very personable and genuinely interested in our needs. In acquiring my current property, Ken’s wide web of contacts throughout the Perth metropolitan area proved to be pivotal.
